Terms of Service
The agreement between you and premium marketplace. Please read it carefully before using the platform.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Welcome to premium marketplace. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and premium marketplace, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “the platform”). By creating an account, browsing listings, or completing a transaction, you accept these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
1. What premium marketplace does
premium marketplace is an online marketplace that connects people who want to sell social media accounts (sellers) with people who want to buy them (buyers). We provide the platform, the escrow system, and tools to help transactions run smoothly.
Important: We are a marketplace operator, not a party to the sale. The contract for any account sold is between the buyer and the seller. We are not the seller of any listed account, and we do not own or control the accounts being transferred.
2. Eligibility
To use premium marketplace, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country.
- Be legally able to enter into a binding contract.
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law.
- Provide accurate, current information when registering.
One person, one account. Sharing or selling accounts is not allowed.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or that we believe is connected to fraudulent activity.
Each user can be a buyer, a seller, or both. Sellers who reach our verification thresholds can earn a verified badge — see our Verified Seller Program page for details.
4. Buying and selling rules
For sellers
- You must own the account you list, or have clear legal authority to sell it.
- Listings must be accurate. Do not exaggerate follower counts, engagement, or revenue figures.
- You cannot sell accounts that were obtained through hacking, scraping, or other unauthorised means.
- Once a buyer releases escrow, you must transfer the account as described in the listing. Failing to deliver is grounds for suspension and forfeiture of the sale amount.
For buyers
- Read listings carefully. The description, stats, and seller reputation are there to help you decide.
- Funds are held in escrow until you confirm the account was transferred correctly. Release escrow only when you are satisfied.
- If something is wrong, open a dispute within 48 hours of the transfer rather than releasing escrow.
Prohibited activity
- Selling stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained accounts.
- Using the platform to launder money or evade taxes.
- Attempting to take transactions off-platform to avoid fees.
- Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or reviews.
- Scraping or reverse-engineering the platform.
5. Fees
We charge a platform fee on completed sales — currently 8% of the sale price, paid by the seller. Other optional fees, such as featuring a listing, are listed on our Pricing & Feespage. Fees may change; we will give at least 30 days’ notice before any increase takes effect.
6. Escrow and payments
When a buyer places an order, the funds are held in escrow. The seller transfers the account, the buyer confirms receipt, and only then is the money released to the seller (minus our fee). This protects both sides.
If a dispute arises, our team reviews the evidence and can release funds to the buyer, the seller, or split them. Decisions are made in good faith based on the available evidence and are final.
Withdrawals are processed using the method you choose (bank, PayPal, or crypto). Processing times depend on the provider and may take several business days.
7. Reviews and reputation
Buyers can leave reviews after a completed transaction. Reviews should be honest and based on your actual experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or paid for. Sellers cannot offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
8. Intellectual property
The premium marketplace name, logo, design, and software are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. Content you post (listings, messages, reviews) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, that every seller will deliver, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Social media platforms may reclaim, suspend, or ban accounts after a sale — this is outside our control.
You use the platform at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for what happens to an account after the escrow period ends.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, premium marketplace, its officers, and its employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Account suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time, provided there are no open orders or pending withdrawals. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that pose a risk to the platform, or that are required by law to be blocked.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which premium marketplace is incorporated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where local law requires court proceedings.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the platform evolves. When we do, we update the date above and, for material changes, notify users. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
