About Us
Who we are, why we started, and what we believe a fair marketplace should look like.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
premium marketplace began with a simple frustration. Trading social media accounts was a messy, risky business. Deals happened in forum DMs and Telegram groups, money changed hands before anything was delivered, and getting scammed was almost a rite of passage. We thought there had to be a better way.
So we built one. The idea was straightforward: put the money in escrow until the account is actually delivered, verify the sellers who prove themselves reliable, and keep every transaction on a single platform where disputes can be resolved fairly.
What we do
We run a marketplace where people can buy and sell social media accounts with far less risk than the old way. Our job is to be the neutral referee — holding funds safely, enforcing honest listings, and stepping in when something goes wrong. We are not the seller of any account, and we don’t take sides in disputes. We look at the evidence and call it as we see it.
The platforms we support include YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, Twitch, Reddit, and Pinterest, with new ones added as demand grows.
What we believe
- Transparency beats fine print. Fees should be visible upfront, policies should be readable, and decisions should be explainable.
- Trust is earned, not bought. That’s why our Verified Seller Program is based on real track records, not paid placement.
- Safety is a feature, not an afterthought. Escrow, reviews, and dispute resolution are built into the core of the platform — see our Trust & Safety page.
- Both sides matter. A marketplace that only protects buyers starves itself of sellers; one that only protects sellers loses buyers. We aim to balance both.
How we make money
We charge a flat 8% platform fee on completed sales, paid by sellers. There are optional upgrades, like featuring a listing, but no subscriptions and no hidden charges. Because our revenue depends on successful transactions, our incentives are aligned with yours: we only do well when deals actually close. Full details are on our Pricing & Fees page.
Our team
We’re a small, focused team of engineers, trust-and-safety specialists, and support staff. Most of us have bought or sold accounts ourselves, which is why we care about getting the details right. We’re based remotely across several countries and work across time zones to keep support responsive.
Where we’re headed
Our roadmap is driven by what users actually ask for. Right now that means better dispute tools, more payment options, deeper analytics for sellers, and smarter detection of fraudulent listings. We move carefully — every feature has to earn its place by genuinely improving trust or usability.
If there’s something you wish the platform did, tell us. The best ideas have always come from the people using the marketplace every day.
